Odor is often the very first clue Pomfret homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Pomfret crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A Pomfret sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Pomfret customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
